About Google Reviews Integration
Getting customer reviews and feedback is so important. The more positive reviews your have the more likely future customer will be to book in with you. Google is also more likely to rank your business higher giving you a better chance of being seen by potential customers when they search for a service that you offer.
Connect Google My Business
- Go to your Google My Business profile at https://www.google.com/business/
- Scroll down to Get more reviews card and click Share review form.
- Copy the Google Review link (e.g. https://g.page/r/xxxxxxx/review).
- Go to the MyCars admin page and select Sites under the Settings tab on the left hand menu.
- Click on the relevant site.
- Paste the Google Review link into the Review Site Url box and click Save.
You have now added a link that will be sent our to your customers via email upon completion of a booking.
