How to add a booking for a new and existing customer from the admin dashboard.

In this guide we will show you how to add a booking for a new and existing customer from the admin dashboard.

  1. Search for the customer or vehicle using the top search box.
  2. Press the enter/return key on your keyboard to see if the customer exists in your database. 
  3. Click + Create Booking next to the customer you wish to make a booking for or if the customer is not listed click “+ Create new customer and booking”.
  4. You will now be at the customer details section of your new booking. Enter or check the customer details for your booking and then click Next.
  5. Choose the vehicle that this booking is for.
  6. Select the services for the booking and click Next.
  7. Pick the date for the booking.
  8. Select if this will be a “While you wait” booking.
  9. Select the time slot.
  10. Click the Submit button to make the booking.


The customer will be sent an email confirmation for this booking. If you created a new customer as part of this booking they will be automatically opted into receiving reminders for vehicle maintenance such as MOT’s.
