Setting up your service centre(s)

In this guide we show you how to set up your service centre on your MyCars dashboard. By the end of the article you will have added default contact details, centre address and opening hours.

Add Site Information

  1. Click Settings on the left hand menu and then click on Sites
  2. Go to the Site Information tab
  3. Add site information
  4. Click Update to save information

Booking requests will be sent to the email address and customers will be able to call the number you provide in site information.

Add Site Address

  1. Click Settings on the left hand menu and then click on Sites
  2. Go to the Site Address tab
  3. Add site address
  4. Click Update to save information

Add Opening Hours

  1. Click Settings on the left hand menu and then click on Sites
  2. Go to the Opening Hours tab
  3. Add site information
  4. Click Save Opening Hours to save information

The hours you enter here will affect the time slots that customers can book.
